BASF Landmark Project: Inauguration of refurbished public toilet block in Turbhe Stores, Navi Mumbai

In the second phase of the Landmark Project, public toilet block refurbished by BASF using their construction chemicals was dedicated to the community by Honorable Mayor of Navi Mumbai, Shri. Jayawant Dattatray Sutar, along with Shri. Annasaheb Misal, Commissioner, NMMC and Shri. Narayan Krishnamohan, Managing Director, BASF India and Head, BASF South Asia, as well as other dignitaries from BASF and NMMC on September 9, 2019. The refurbished public toilet block comprises seven toilets for women and eight toilets for men along with shower and hand washing facilities and is accessible to children and people with special needs. The toilet block partly runs on solar energy and has signage promoting health and hygiene.
